Many learners complete project management fundamentals and still struggle with one thing: applying the skills to real-world problems. This certification bridges that gap. Students use Design Thinking to identify and validate a real local problem, then use project management tools to plan and execute a practical pilot solution. The outcome is not only learning — it is evidence.

If you are a PMP certificate holder, you can earn 35 PDUs from completing this course.
