1. Contact support
Email iga.africa@keplercollege.ac.rw. Include your account email, institution, device type, app version, and a clear description of the problem. Do not send your password, verification code, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Urgent safety and security reports
Use the subject “Urgent safety report” or “Security report” when emailing iga.africa@keplercollege.ac.rw. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
3. Common requests
- Sign-in, password reset, and account recovery.
- Course access, submissions, assessments, certificates, and institutional records.
- Subscriptions, payment status, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Privacy rights, account deletion, inappropriate content, or user safety.
