IGA Africa
Accessibility Statement
IGA Africa aims to provide an inclusive learning experience across the website and mobile app.
Effective: 18 October 2026 · Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Our approach
We work toward recognized accessibility practices, including meaningful labels, keyboard and assistive-technology support, scalable text, readable contrast, captions or alternatives where available, and clear validation and navigation.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Third-party course content, documents, videos, and integrated services may not yet meet the same level.
2. Using accessibility features
- Use operating-system text size, screen reader, contrast, caption, and motion settings supported by your device.
- Use browser zoom and keyboard navigation on the website.
- Ask the instructor or institution for an accessible format or reasonable alternative when course content is not usable.
3. Report a barrier
Email iga.africa@keplercollege.ac.rw with the subject “Accessibility request”. Describe the page or feature, device and browser or app version, the assistive technology used, and the format or outcome you need. Do not include unnecessary medical information.
We will review the barrier and coordinate with the responsible institution or content provider where needed.
