IGA Africa
Marketplace and Course Provider Terms
Additional terms for institutions, instructors, and authorized providers that publish or sell learning offers through IGA Africa.
Effective: 18 October 2026 · Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Authorization and listings
A provider must be authorized by Kepler College before publishing a paid or public offer. Listings must accurately describe the provider, course, prerequisites, schedule, delivery mode, price, included access, credential, and material limitations.
IGA Africa may review, correct, unpublish, or reject a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, technically incompatible, or inconsistent with platform standards.
2. Provider responsibilities
- Own or license all course content, branding, and materials and obtain necessary participant permissions.
- Deliver the described learning service professionally and provide reasonable learner support.
- Keep availability, pricing, instructor, cancellation, and eligibility information current.
- Comply with privacy, safeguarding, accessibility, consumer, tax, and education requirements applicable to the provider and offer.
- Do not manipulate reviews, enrolments, outcomes, certificates, or marketplace ranking.
3. Payments and revenue
Prices, payment processing, fees, taxes, settlement timing, revenue allocation, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the provider's written commercial arrangement with Kepler College and the transaction records. No public listing overrides that arrangement.
Learner refunds follow the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy and any mandatory law. A provider must cooperate with supported refund, dispute, and fraud reviews.
4. Learner data and communications
Providers may access learner information only for authorized delivery, assessment, support, and reporting. They may not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing, export it without authority, or contact learners outside approved purposes.
5. Removal and disputes
IGA Africa may pause sales, hold a disputed settlement where contractually permitted, or remove an offer to protect learners or comply with law. Provider-specific termination and dispute rules remain in the applicable written agreement.
Provider questions should be sent to iga.africa@keplercollege.ac.rw.
